Inbox tab performance (and new sidebar)

The speed and performance of the Inbox tab have been greatly improved.

Additionally, a sidebar has been added that depicts information about each contact and their website, such as:

- Conversation history
- Relationship status
- Campaign history of each contact
- Social links
- Website metrics
