Inbox 3.0

Your unified inbox has been completely revamped. It now offers:
  • AI assistant: Write drafts, fix grammar, translate, shorten, and change the tone of your messages in seconds!
  • Canned responses: Create email templates and use them to speed up conversations.
  • Starring and snoozing of threads: You can now snooze threads as reminders and add labels to categorize threads.
  • Assign threads to team members: Handoff threads to other team members.
  • Private comments: Leave comments under threads and tag your team members.

Move campaigns between workspaces

You may now move draft campaigns between workspaces.

Note: Only draft campaigns can be moved.

Enterprise: limit email accounts to specific workspaces

Enterprise customers can now limit email accounts to specific workspaces. 

Once assigned to a workspace, the inbox will only be available to team members within that workspace.

Reduced AI Personalization Cost

We have reduced the credit cost for AI personalizations to:
  • GPT 4.0 Turbo: 15 credits per email (25% reduction)
  • GPT 3.5 Turbo: 5 credits per email (50% reduction)

Opportunity Inspect

Clicking on an opportunity in the campaign editor opens an expanded Inspect view, via which you can:
  • Review websites inside Respona – no need to open it in a separate tab.
  • Decide to keep, remove, or unsubscribe websites
  • Edit the page URL

Unsubscribe scope

When unsubscribing emails or domains, you can decide if you’d like to exclude them globally or only in selected workspaces.

AI variables

We're thrilled to announce the launch of AI Variables in Respona - a dynamic way to personalize your email outreach with ease.

The update includes three default AI Variables: Subject Line, Icebreaker, and P.S.

To create custom AI variables, go to 'Account' > 'Custom Field' > 'Create Custom Fields' > 'AI-Powered Field', fill out the necessary details, and let our AI take care of the rest.

To populate AI Variables, enable AI Personalization in the Pipeline Settings for new searches/imports or start a separate automation for existing opportunities with the "Bulk Email Personalizer" button.

Google News + UX improvements

You can now find news articles via Google News for your journalist outreach campaigns.

The user interface of the campaign editor has been streamlined, and previous Steps 2 (create a sequence) and 3 (find contacts) have been moved to represent a more natural campaign order.

Referral program

As a Respona user, you can earn 5000 bonus credits for each referral who signs up for Respona and becomes a paying customer.

A 30-day cookie is placed on your referral's browser when you share your referral link. This means that even if your referral leaves the page and comes back in the future, we'll still track the referral to you.

Once your referral signs up and becomes a paying customer, we'll credit your account with 5000 bonus credits. These credits never expire and will remain in your account as a backup. If you ever run out of monthly plan credits, these bonus credits will be used to cover any additional usage.

To share your referral link, you can add it to your email campaigns by selecting "Include referral link to earn free credits" from the "Create a sequence" tab.


You can track all referrals from the "Earn credits" tab of the Account menu.


In addition to the 5000 bonus credits for each paying customer referral, we're also offering an extra 5k credits for users who leave a review of Respona on G2, or Capterra

To claim your review credits, send us a screenshot of your review via support chat.

Assign multiple emails to each campaign

Now, all users have the option to assign several sender emails to a campaign.

Doing so will spread out the campaign across all involved emails.

To assign several sender emails to a campaign, simply navigate to the "Verify & Launch" menu at step 4 of your campaign, and click on the "Sender emails" drop-down.

Ahrefs/Semrush integrations

Improved Relationships tab

The Relationships tab has received a significant improvement. 

You can now click on each contact or website to view/edit information such as email addresses, conversation history, campaigns, and SEO metrics.

Respona backlink search source

No subscription to Ahrefs or Semrush? No problem! You can now use your Respona credits to pull Moz metrics and backlinks data without external integrations.

Campaign filters have been expanded, and users are now able to filter their campaign tab by owner, status, or campaign name, as well as combine multiple filters to find specific campaigns.

Email finding for podcasts

Previously, after searching for podcasts, users would also need to run a contact search automation to find actual emails.

Now, this process has been integrated into the podcast search automation itself - it pulls podcasts and contact details as a single step, with no need to run an additional automation and spend credits at Step 3 - Confirm Contact.

Credits usage for running contact automations

Previously, Respona would not allow users to run contact automations unless they had enough credits for all opportunities.

Now, you no longer need credits for all opportunities - the automation will run regardless of the number of credits and will stop once they run out.

Dashboard

With the release of our new dashboard, users now have a centralized page where they can:

  • Start new campaigns and track their performance
  • Review email reports
  • Access tutorials, the Respona Outreach Strategy Hub, as well as our support chat
  • View recent tool updates
  • Hire a VA

New and improved email settings

With this update, we have brought two new email settings.

More specifically, the ability to change the random delay between sent emails (be default set to 60-300 seconds), as well as the addition of a custom tracking domain for each user for improved deliverability.

Both settings are accessible by going to Account > Email Accounts and clicking on your email.
